Field Service Engineers/ Technicians would provide fast and effective service for our customers.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the repair and maintenance of digital multifunction machines virtually or at the customer’s location. Skillsets that are needed for the day-to-day activity of this position include excellent work ethic, troubleshooting, customer service, and customer interaction. - High school diploma required; Associates degree or STEM education preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Performs a full range of servicing and repair service procedures including diagnostics, installation, removal and retrofits on assigned equipment
- Interacts with external customers for the purpose of determining service needs on equipment and ensuring overall high level of customer satisfaction with the service performed
- Set up and installation of new equipment at client locations
